Palo Market Fest proposes a tour of the world's cuisines that knew how to create dishes to be consumed with their hands in improvised street stalls. Like steamed Asian gyozas, Italian wood-fired pizzas, Argentine choripan with its chimichurri, Venezuelan arepas or Mexican tacos.
