Palo Market Fest proposes a tour of the world's cuisines that knew how to create dishes to be consumed with their hands in improvised street stalls. Recipes that became very popular in their countries of origin and today we all enjoy them. Like steamed Asian gyozas, Italian wood-fired pizzas, Argentine choripan with its chimichurri, Venezuelan arepas or Mexican tacos.
